About the Teacher

     Hi, my name is Caci Jensen. I am very excited to be teaching at Thomas Edison Charter School in the fourth grade. I graduated with my Bachelors Degree in 2011 from Utah State University specializing in kindergarten through sixth grade. My degree emphasis was in math and science, and those are two of my favorite things to teach. I taught third grade for one year in Wellington, Utah and two years in Salt Lake City teaching fifth grade. 
     One thing I love to do is spend time outside with my husband. We love to hike, run, play sports, and occasionally, go on a nice picnic. We also love to travel, and are saving for our next adventure in Hawaii. We are both excited to get to know the fourth grade students this year.  Tim often comes to school to teach certain things to the students such as basketball and public speaking. I promise you will love him.  
     I love Thomas Edison Charter School and the amazing teachers I get to work with, let alone the awesome kids that attend the school! I look forward to an excellent year full of learning and fun. I have a passion for teaching, and I want you to know that I will do everything I can to make this year successful for you, and your family.
